Refrigeration thermostats down to -45 °C

Huber refrigeration thermostats in the classic design with a temperature control bath carry out typical heating and cooling tasks in the laboratory safely and reproducibly.
Models for temperatures down to -45°C and with different cooling and heating capacities are available with air- or water-cooled (w) chillers. If desired, natural refrigerants can be used for particularly environmentally friendly operation.
A powerful and speed-adjustable pressure suction pump enables the temperature control of objects in the bathroom or external applications. The pump speed is continuously regulated. The maximum pressure can also be regulated with an optional pressure sensor. VPC (Variable Pressure Control) ensures the best circulation and protects sensitive glass devices from breakage due to unacceptable overpressure. With small volumes and high heating/cooling outputs, the shortest heating and cooling times are achieved. Optionally available displacement inserts minimize the bath volume by half and increase the effect. In addition, the active surface of the liquid and thus moisture absorption is reduced. With an optional calibration insert, all Huber refrigeration thermostats can also be used for calibration tasks. The calibration insert ensures an even temperature distribution with a temperature stability of ±0.01 °C. All models have Active Cooling Control for active cooling capacity control at the peak temperature and automatic cooling capacity adjustment for energy-saving operation and reduced waste heat in the laboratory. Depending on the model, carrying handles or castors are installed for easy transport. The bath drain is on the front for easy emptying of the bath liquid. The cover plate is tempered to prevent ice formation. All models have the new Pilot ONE with Plug & Play technology: If service is required, the controller can be easily replaced. Remote control can be implemented using a control cable. The Pilot ONE has a modern microprocessor and a highly accurate measurement recording for exact and reproducible temperature control results. The huge range of functions is supported by a large, graphic-capable TFT display and the easy-to-use Easy Control. Huber refrigeration thermostats can be equipped with a Com.G@te according to NAMUR and can therefore be integrated into process control systems. Depending on the bathroom dimensions, objects are tempered directly in the thermostat bath. Typical applications for the classics are the temperature control of external, closed consumers such as photometers, refractometers, viscometers, double-walled reaction vessels, autoclaves. They are used in mini-plant systems, kilo laboratories, for determining freezing points, for low-temperature calibration and for petroleum tests, etc.
