Microcentrifuge Spectrafuge™24D

The Spectrafuge™ 24D combines innovations such as the easy-to-operate rotor, the multi-flow air cooling system and the high-performance drive with a digital microprocessor that precisely regulates all operations. The parameters are selected with two "smart" buttons and the values are clearly visible on the large LED display. The speed can be set and displayed in rpm or g. Setting the running time with a timer, possible continuously or briefly.
The unique design of the 24-place rotor allows easy access to the samples. The optional StripSpin™ adapter can be used to centrifuge 0.2 ml tubes and strips. The powerful, low-friction motor quickly accelerates the rotor to the selected speed.
Air cooling takes place via openings on the back of the case, with maximum cooling through the
differently directed circulation is achieved. The result is a well-cooled microcentrifuge that keeps samples close to room temperature, even during long runs at maximum speed. For samples that need to be centrifuged below room temperature, the Spectrafuge™ 24D can also be operated in cold chambers.
