Impact rotor mills SR 300

Due to its robust design and the ability to process large sample quantities, the SR 300 impact rotor mill is ideal for use in laboratories and small-scale production. The grinding chamber, feed hopper and material inlet and outlet are made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. Thanks to the adjustable speed up to 10,000 rpm, the mill can be adapted to the requirements of the respective sample material.

     Optional 180° grinding insert for grinding hard and brittle samples
     Defined final fineness through bottom sieves with hole widths from 0.08 to 10 mm

     Ring filter and collecting container with comfortable, dust-tight bayonet lock
     Door quick release safety lock, electric brake


Working principle:
The comminution and disagglomeration in the SR 300 occurs through impact and shearing effects. The quick-release door closure provides easy access to the grinding chamber for quick cleaning. With an electric brake (braking time <0.5 sec.), safety switch, splashback and intervention protection in the inlet and outlet areas, the impact rotor mills offer the highest level of operational safety.
