Hang-in thermostats KISS E and CC-E

The Huber thermostat program is divided into two product lines, the Compatible Control models and the simpler KISS models. Both product lines are classically designed laboratory thermostats with an open bath. Bath and circulation thermostats are available for heating tasks up to +300 °C and models with chillers for heating and cooling tasks from -90 to +200 °C. Immersion or bridge thermostats can be used to control the temperature of existing bath vessels. Ministats, the smallest refrigeration circulation thermostats in the world, are the first choice for operation in extractor hoods or installation in systems.

Thermostats with Pilot ONE controller
Models with Pilot ONE controllers impress in practice with highly precise temperature control and a professional range of functions even in the basic configuration. The electronic upgrade function “E-grade” allows functions to be expanded easily and cost-effectively at any time. Operation is convenient via large color displays with easy-to-understand menu navigation and an individually adjustable display for all important application parameters. Models with Pilot ONE have powerful pressure and suction pumps with infinitely variable speed control to adapt the circulation to the respective bath vessel. Additional connections are available via the optional Com.G@te interface module, e.g. for RS232 and RS485, analog interface 0/4-20 mA or 0-10 V, standby signal and programmable alarm.

Thermostats with KISS controller
In the models with the inexpensive KISS controller, the range of functions focuses on the essentials. KISS models are suitable for a variety of typical laboratory applications, such as sample temperature control, analytics, material testing as well as for external temperature control of measuring devices or experimental setups. The devices achieve a temperature stability of ±0.05 °C and are equipped with over-temperature and under-level protection. The safety devices correspond to class III/FL (DIN 12876) for use with flammable liquids.

Immersion thermostats form the basis for many device combinations with polycarbonate or stainless steel bath vessels. The scope of delivery includes a universally applicable screw terminal, so the thermostats can be easily mounted on any container. In conjunction with a cold bath, negative temperatures down to -30 °C can be achieved. All models are equipped with a powerful pressure/suction pump and comply with safety class III (FL) for use with flammable liquids. Pump adapters for external temperature control and cooling coils for cooling water connections are available as accessories.
