System packaging for Icecatch®-Solid Insulated, EPS

The system packaging is a special insulated box made of Styrofoam (EPS), which in combination with the Icecatch®-Solid Insulated cooling element (Art. No. 9.695 007) is ideal for the 2 to 8°C transport of pharmaceutical and food products.
The modular structure of the system boxes enables temperature and runtime-specific installation of cooling elements. A single format for the cooling elements makes the packing process efficient and safe. No different preconditioning of the cooling elements is necessary.

Easy handling:

     no “thawing”
     no additional insulation material, such as EPS panels, vacuum panels or hollow chamber profiles
     The cooling elements sit firmly in the box thanks to the attachment and insert frame
