Matrix™ SepraSeal closure system

The Matrix™ SepraSeal sealing mats are suitable for securely sealing sample tubes with or without a 2D code. To access samples, the caps can be removed or pierced once using the practical cap opener (order no. 6.254 390, please order separately). The pre-slit versions are suitable for repeated piercing. The self-closing function of the pre-slit elastomer maintains sample integrity.

     For sample storage down to -20 °C
     Single closure or closure of 96 tubes at the same time possible
     Good chemical resistance
     Low evaporation rate


Tubes are permanently closed with the Matrix™ DuraSeal sealing mat (order no. 4.658 312). The closure mat is pre-slit for sample access and has a V-shaped design. The special elastomer ensures that sample integrity is maintained. Suitable for sample storage down to -80 °C.
