Rotavapor® R-100 system with circulation cooler F-105

The Rotavapor®R-100 rotary evaporator can also be operated as a complete system with a vacuum pump and circulation cooler. The vacuum pump V-100 and the circulation cooler F-105 are switched on and off centrally by the control unit I-100. Heating bath, glass structure and coating analogous to Rotavapor® R-100.

Control unit
I-100 with Woulff bottle. Navigation via function buttons. Two operating modes (manual and timer mode), display of the actual and target pressure. Switching on/off the vacuum pump V-100 and circulation chiller F-105.

vacuum pump
V-100 is a chemical-resistant PTFE diaphragm pump. Final vacuum: 10 mbar (±2 mbar). Delivery rate: 1.5 m3/h. ON/OFF regulation.

Circulating cooler
Option: F-100. Ecological circulation cooler. Cooling capacity: 300W at 10°C. Fixed temperature: 10 °C.
Option: F-105. Ecological circulation cooler. Cooling capacity: 500W at 15°C. Temperature range: -10°C to +25°C. Rotary knob for temperature settings in 0.1 °C increments. Interaction with control unit I-100: ON/OFF regulation.
