Rotavapor® R-300 system with control unit I-300 Pro and circulation cooler F-305

All rotary evaporator systems are equipped with a transparent PLASTIC+GLAS coating, a vertical cooler (V), NS 29/32 and a vacuum pump V-300. Control unit, heating bath and circulation cooler can be selected according to options below.

Control unit
Option S: I-300: I-300, with VacuBox, Woulff bottle. Navigation via a push/turn wheel and function buttons. Different operating modes (manual, timer function, solvent library, automatic distillation, drying, etc.). Compatible with BUCHI Rotavapor® APP for push notification and monitoring on smart phones.
Option P: I-300 pro: I-300 Pro, with VacuBox, Woulff bottle. Navigation via touchscreen and or push/rotate wheel. Various operating modes (methods, manual, timer function, solvent library, automatic distillation, drying, etc.). Graphical representation of the process parameters, data recording (SD card) and method-based work. Compatible with BUCHI Rotavapor® APP for push notification, graphical display and monitoring on smart phones.

vacuum pump
V-300 (1.8 m3/h, 5 mbar) is a chemical-resistant PTFE membrane pump with a transparent front for observing the membrane. Final vacuum: 5 mbar (±2 mbar). Delivery rate: 1.8 m3/h. Speed controlled.

Circulating cooler F-305
Ecological circulation cooler. Cooling capacity: 550W at 15°C. Temperature range: -10°C to +25°C. Rotary knob for temperature settings in 0.1 °C increments. Interaction with control unit I-300 / I-300 Pro: temperature setting via control unit, energy-saving eco mode and automatic ON/OFF.

Heating bath
Option 1: B-301. Temperature range from 20°C to 95°C (water). Max. size of the evaporator flask: 1000 mL (3 kg). Powered by wireless contact. Digital display of the actual and target temperature, rotation speed, lift position. Locking function of the heating bath temperature. Fast heat-up time.
Option 2: B-305. Temperature range from 20°C to 220°C. Max. size of the evaporator flask: 5000 mL (3 kg). Powered by wireless contact. Digital display of the actual and target temperature, rotation speed, lift position. Locking function of the heating bath temperature.
