Beater cross mill SK 300

The SK 300 beater cross mill is used for batch or continuous pre- and fine size reduction. This robust mill can be found both in the laboratory and under harsher conditions in the production area. Thanks to the powerful drive and the rotor speed of up to 4000 rpm, it is often possible to achieve a final fineness of <100 micrometers in the first step.

Working principle:
Shredding in the SK 300 occurs through impact and shearing effects. The air sucked in through the hopper by the beater cross accelerates the discharge of the shredded material. The airborne fine fraction is separated via a downstream filter system.
