Wide-mouth laboratory bottles, GLS 80® protect, DURAN®, with screw cap

Laboratory bottle with retrace code (batch identification) certificate via Internet. Neutral glass/glass type I according to USP/EP and JP. With GLS 80® wide neck thread (80 mm OD). Autoclavable. Ideal for applications with powders and granules, makes filling and dispensing easier. The coating of the DURAN® protect bottles is a resistant and transparent plastic coating based on a cross-linked copolymer. Complete with blue quick-screw cap (PP, integrated lip seal) and pouring ring (PP) for drip-free dispensing and clean, safe work.
The coating adheres firmly to the surface and performs the following functions:

     Protection of the glass surface from mechanical damage (scratch protection)
     Cohesion of the fragments in the event of glass breakage (splinter protection)
     Minimization of liquid loss in the event of glass breakage (leakage and splash protection)
     Absorption of UV rays up to a light wavelength of 380 nm (light protection)

Temperature resistance:

     autoclavable (< 135 °C)
     microwave safe
     Avoid long-term temperature exposure > 30 minutes, do not heat directly (laboratory cooking), or expose to open flames
